The carpets in the hallways are grubby and clearly neglected!!! Dust gathers on the vending machines and phone buttons need a thorough cleaning!!! Management should really prioritize these visible concerns!!!

While the staff did attempt to assist us with laundry, the uniforms returned burned and balled up, worsening the situation.
